1 Blog Theme 1.1

A new version of this theme has been released:

  • Added compatibility with Ultimate Tag Warrior.
  • Added redirection from old tag urls to new urls in WordPress 2.3 in order to avoid traffic loss or content duplication problems.
  • Added support for [tag ][/tag], [tags ][/tags] and [taglink ][/taglink] when writing a post in WordPress 2.3.
  • Now related posts are based on categories when there are not enough posts based on tags.
  • Added option to include the site name at the beginning or at the end of the titles.
  • Added option to include a «noindex, nofollow» robots meta tag on archive pages (categories, searches, tags...) except for the first page.
  • Added rel=»nofollow» attribute on links to feeds in order to make them difficult to be indexed by search engines.
  • Added rel=»tag» attribute on category and tag links for each entry in order to include Technorati tags compatibility.
  • Improved titles and descriptions by using returned post titles and tags/categories in order to avoid them from being too short.
  • Fixed some minor bugs.

In order to update from the previous version, simply replace all the files (Except for the about.php file and the /ads/ directory, where you have probably placed your own code).

    • Arkenor: Ahoy. It's not causing me any problems, personally, but now that gravatars have been built in to wordpress 2.6, the new gravatar options (for generated gravatars) are over-ridden by the theme. Just thought you'd want to know.

    • Javier García: Francesco, that's not the usual theme behaviour. I'd say some plugin is messing with the post text. You should disable all plugins and enabling them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
